Our Cross Training Circuit(CTC) is a semi private training program for all levels of fitness(Beg, int, adv). With the help of your trainer the Cross Training Circuit (CTC) is scientifically designed to take you from a deconditioned to a Conditioned state in a safe and effective manor. This isn't a 1 size fits all program!
The CTC program is 30-60 minutes, depending on your time and fitness needs. The CTC program includes Core training, balance training, Cardiovascular training, and Functional strength Training, Yoga, and Kickboxing, all mixed in one to give you a great workout.
